Safety Devices G4 Expedition Roof Rack Fitting Kit for L/R Defender 90 / Defender 110

If you have a Safety Devices G4 Expedition Roof Rack on your Defender 90 or Defender 110, and some of the brackets are missing or damaged, then this kit will provide all the parts you require to repair it.

Kit Contents:

– 10/12 x Outer Gutter Clamp Brackets (electro-plated and powder-coated black)
– 10/12 x M6 x 40 Countersunk Allan Head Stainless Steel Screws
– 20/24 x M8 Stainless Flat Washer
– 20/24 x M8 x 15 Stainless Steel Button Head Bolts

Returns & Refunds:
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Faulty or damaged goods are eligible for a full refund, with collection arranged by us. For items purchased in error or where the purchaser has changed their mind, refunds will be issued for the item cost excluding shipping, and a restocking fee may be applied.

What do I need to consider before installing a roll cage?

Selecting the right roll cage for your needs is crucial. Safety Devices roll cages are expertly designed to provide maximum occupant protection while minimizing intrusion into the cabin.
It’s important to consider the trade-off between the car’s functionality and the level of rollover protection offered. A roll cage should not interfere with the operation of existing safety systems, such as curtain airbags. These must be disengaged to prevent unintended deployment.
Remember, ‘show cages’ are not true roll cages. A ‘dash dodger’ with a reverse bend (‘S’ shape) in the front leg won’t offer adequate protection for the A-pillar.
For competition use, ensure the roll cage complies with the regulations set by event organisers or governing bodies, such as Motorsport UK.
