Description:

Full external ROPS assembly to suit Hägglunds BV206 front and rear people carrying modules. Designed to meet the requirements of ISO 8082-1:2009 ROPS standard “Self-propelled machinery for forestry”, with a configurable front section to suit both short and long nose applications.
Designed to allow clearance for all doors, windows and roof hatches to operate normally and finished in durable black polyester powder coat, enhanced with a zinc primer beneath. Designed as a fully sealed product to prevent any water ingress in marine applications.
Full bolt on solution, only drilling required.

Who are Safety Devices?

Safety Devices International Ltd are a British owned company specialising in the design and manufacture of roll over protection products. With over 50 years of experience, we have become the world’s most trusted designers and manufacturers in the industry.

What do I need to consider before installing a roll cage?

Selecting the right roll cage for your needs is crucial. Safety Devices roll cages are expertly designed to provide maximum occupant protection while minimizing intrusion into the cabin.
It’s important to consider the trade-off between the car’s functionality and the level of rollover protection offered. A roll cage should not interfere with the operation of existing safety systems, such as curtain airbags. These must be disengaged to prevent unintended deployment.
Remember, ‘show cages’ are not true roll cages. A ‘dash dodger’ with a reverse bend (‘S’ shape) in the front leg won’t offer adequate protection for the A-pillar.
For competition use, ensure the roll cage complies with the regulations set by event organisers or governing bodies, such as Motorsport UK.

We do not sell roll cages directly to the public, however you can purchase them from one of our authorised dealers, many of whom hold stock of our products.

Yes, we do offer on-site roll cage installations, however these are dependent on our workshop availability. For a quotation, please contact our sales team who can assist your further.
