Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union (EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without reason within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To exercise this right, please complete the form below. Once you have submitted the form, a member of our team will contact you to process your withdrawal. Alternatively, you may withdraw by contacting us at websales@safetydevices.com or by using the model withdrawal form included in our Terms and Conditions.
How It Works
- Enter your name, your order reference and the email address you’d like us to reply to. If you only wish to withdraw part of your order, please list the products concerned.
- Review your details and press Confirm Withdrawal.
- You will receive an email confirming we have received your withdrawal, including a copy of your declaration and the date and time of submission. Please keep this for your records.
What Happens Next
- Once you have notified us, please ensure that you return the goods to us within 14 days at: Safety Devices International, Cambridge House, Holborn Ave, Mildenhall, Suffolk, IP28 7AN, United Kingdom. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
- We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. Please note that we may withhold any refunds until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that they have been returned, whichever occurs first.
- Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, at no cost to you.
