Various spare wheel cradle and trail jack mount products for the Land Rover Defender.

Part Number: EAL307SWC Spare Wheel Cradle
Designed to work with the existing spare wheel carrier as a cradle to rest the wheel on whilst attaching with bolts. Uses existing mounts in the rear door with no modifications required.

Designed to work with the existing spare wheel carrier as a cradle to rest the wheel on whilst attaching with bolts. Uses existing mounts in the rear door with no modifications required. Also provides the provision to mount an Off Road/Trail Jack in a vertical orientation.

Part Number: EAL307JM-A Trail Jack Mount
Standalone provision for mounting an Off Road/Trail Jack in a vertical orientation on the rear of the vehicle. Uses 2 x existing mounts in the rear door with no modifications required.

Part Number: EAL307JM-B Trail Jack Mount – Heavy Duty
Standalone provision for mounting an Off Road/Trail Jack in a vertical orientation on the rear of the vehicle. Uses 3 x existing mounts in the rear door with no modifications required. Offers greater stability for increased loads, where required.

What do I need to consider before installing a roll cage?

Selecting the right roll cage for your needs is crucial. Safety Devices roll cages are expertly designed to provide maximum occupant protection while minimizing intrusion into the cabin.
It’s important to consider the trade-off between the car’s functionality and the level of rollover protection offered. A roll cage should not interfere with the operation of existing safety systems, such as curtain airbags. These must be disengaged to prevent unintended deployment.
Remember, ‘show cages’ are not true roll cages. A ‘dash dodger’ with a reverse bend (‘S’ shape) in the front leg won’t offer adequate protection for the A-pillar.
For competition use, ensure the roll cage complies with the regulations set by event organisers or governing bodies, such as Motorsport UK.

If you cannot find a cage for your vehicle, or are looking for a particular cage configuration, please contact our sales team who can assist you further.

Yes, we do offer on-site roll cage installations, however these are dependent on our workshop availability. For a quotation, please contact our sales team who can assist your further.
