Description:

8 point multi-point external/internal bolt-in roll cage. External front cage that passes through the canvas behind the door to join the internal B hoop. B hoop includes front seat belt upper anchor points and backstays that mount to the capping. Developed from the original NAS specification Soft Top vehicles.
Rearward mounted hoop, so requires 1 x OEM hood stick in front of B hoop to mount door hardware to. Designed to be used only on vehicles equipped with OEM/Land Rover bulkhead replacement bar – it may not work with after-market alternatives. Available as a full cage only.

We do not produce a canopy for this roll cage, however, one is available from Exmoor Trim.

For vehicles with bulkhead, use L188.

We strongly recommend fitting the roll cage padding kit when installing this roll cage.

What do I need to consider before installing a roll cage?

Selecting the right roll cage for your needs is crucial. Safety Devices roll cages are expertly designed to provide maximum occupant protection while minimizing intrusion into the cabin.
It’s important to consider the trade-off between the car’s functionality and the level of rollover protection offered. A roll cage should not interfere with the operation of existing safety systems, such as curtain airbags. These must be disengaged to prevent unintended deployment.
Remember, ‘show cages’ are not true roll cages. A ‘dash dodger’ with a reverse bend (‘S’ shape) in the front leg won’t offer adequate protection for the A-pillar.
For competition use, ensure the roll cage complies with the regulations set by event organisers or governing bodies, such as Motorsport UK.
