Part Number: EAL271 Frontier Stepped Winch Front Bumper

Constructed from 3 & 5mm steel plate and finished in a durable zinc-based powder coat, this bumper provides the option to install a variety of different winches using the mounting dimensions are 254 x 114.5mm (10” x 4.5″). There are also 2 x recovery shackle mounts (23mm hole) along with an opening for a standard 255mm hole centre fairlead to be installed. Can be installed to both aircon and non-aircon vehicles, although the grille may need to be modified on an aircon vehicle, depending on the winch installed. There is also a specific sump guard/skid plate that can be installed alongside this bumper. Please note that the OEM chassis jacking points must be removed from the end of the chassis legs to allow the bumper to fit.

Powder coated steel mounting brackets and Aluminium steering guard plate. Can only be fitted when EAL271 Frontier Stepped Winch Front Bumper has been installed.

What do I need to consider before installing a roll cage?

Selecting the right roll cage for your needs is crucial. Safety Devices roll cages are expertly designed to provide maximum occupant protection while minimizing intrusion into the cabin.
It’s important to consider the trade-off between the car’s functionality and the level of rollover protection offered. A roll cage should not interfere with the operation of existing safety systems, such as curtain airbags. These must be disengaged to prevent unintended deployment.
Remember, ‘show cages’ are not true roll cages. A ‘dash dodger’ with a reverse bend (‘S’ shape) in the front leg won’t offer adequate protection for the A-pillar.
For competition use, ensure the roll cage complies with the regulations set by event organisers or governing bodies, such as Motorsport UK.
