Our individual roof cross rail for use with Safety Devices Explorer range Roof Racks L229, L232 and L245. Compatible with Safety Devices Roll Cages L108, L190 and L213. For use as a roof bar, basic tent support, attaching a roof storage box, etc.

– Roof cross-rail is grit blasted, primed with zinc enriched powder undercoat and finished with a durable black powder coat
– Kit comes with all nuts, bolts, fixings and 2 x fitting clamps

Returns & Refunds:
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Faulty or damaged goods are eligible for a full refund, with collection arranged by us. For items purchased in error or where the purchaser has changed their mind, refunds will be issued for the item cost excluding shipping, and a restocking fee may be applied.

What do I need to consider before installing a roll cage?

Selecting the right roll cage for your needs is crucial. Safety Devices roll cages are expertly designed to provide maximum occupant protection while minimizing intrusion into the cabin.
It’s important to consider the trade-off between the car’s functionality and the level of rollover protection offered. A roll cage should not interfere with the operation of existing safety systems, such as curtain airbags. These must be disengaged to prevent unintended deployment.
Remember, ‘show cages’ are not true roll cages. A ‘dash dodger’ with a reverse bend (‘S’ shape) in the front leg won’t offer adequate protection for the A-pillar.
For competition use, ensure the roll cage complies with the regulations set by event organisers or governing bodies, such as Motorsport UK.
