Description:

14 point multi-point bolt-in competition internal roll cage for cross door bars. Rear roll cage has cross diagonal in backstays, harness bars, tunnel brace and lower backstays. L150 fits Land Rover Freelander 1, 3-door and 5-door models. Please note that this roll cage no longer complies to Comp Safari regulations due to the Cross Country Events (P) Technical Regulations where Section 56.14.10 stipulates that a roof brace must be installed. MSA / FIA compliant. Available as a full cage only.

As this is a competition roll cage, appropriate padding should be fitted in accordance to competition requirements.

Who are Safety Devices?

What do I need to consider before installing a roll cage?

Selecting the right roll cage for your needs is crucial. Safety Devices roll cages are expertly designed to provide maximum occupant protection while minimizing intrusion into the cabin.
It’s important to consider the trade-off between the car’s functionality and the level of rollover protection offered. A roll cage should not interfere with the operation of existing safety systems, such as curtain airbags. These must be disengaged to prevent unintended deployment.
Remember, ‘show cages’ are not true roll cages. A ‘dash dodger’ with a reverse bend (‘S’ shape) in the front leg won’t offer adequate protection for the A-pillar.
For competition use, ensure the roll cage complies with the regulations set by event organisers or governing bodies, such as Motorsport UK.
