Description

Manufactured from fire-resistant high-density polyurethane material, our cost-effective, durable roll cage padding is ideal for clubman use. This padding is produced from an integral-skinning, closed-cell polyurethane. Polyurethane is produced from a mix of isocyanite and polyol which is completely stable when removed from its mould.

Moulded to fit 38-50mm diameter tube, it is 16mm thick and softer than our door-bar padding. Available in black or grey, this padding is supplied in 1m lengths and is easily cut to size. Each 1mt length weighs 850g. Padding is intended to be attached to the roll cage structure with an adhesive such as Sikaflex 252.

This type of padding is mainly used around the legs and arms of the driver/co-driver where there may be light impacts.

– Not suitable for tight radius bent tube

The padding is designed to be installed using an adhesive such as Sikaflex 252 to bond it to the roll cage tube.

Standard Shipping:
Most items are shipped free within mainland UK, though certain remote regions may fall outside the standard rate. Any supplementary charges will be communicated after the order is received, and consignments of exceptional size or weight may incur an additional fee.
International Shipping:
All products are shipped under FCA Incoterms. Title and risk transfer to the buyer once the goods are delivered to the nominated carrier. The buyer is also liable for all import duties, taxes and customs clearance in the destination country. If your shipping location does not appear or is unavailable at checkout, please contact us for a bespoke shipping quotation.
Returns & Refunds:
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Faulty or damaged goods are eligible for a full refund, with collection arranged by us. For items purchased in error or where the purchaser has changed their mind, refunds will be issued for the item cost excluding shipping, and a restocking fee may be applied.

Who are Safety Devices?

What do I need to consider before installing a roll cage?

Selecting the right roll cage for your needs is crucial. Safety Devices roll cages are expertly designed to provide maximum occupant protection while minimizing intrusion into the cabin.
It’s important to consider the trade-off between the car’s functionality and the level of rollover protection offered. A roll cage should not interfere with the operation of existing safety systems, such as curtain airbags. These must be disengaged to prevent unintended deployment.
Remember, ‘show cages’ are not true roll cages. A ‘dash dodger’ with a reverse bend (‘S’ shape) in the front leg won’t offer adequate protection for the A-pillar.
For competition use, ensure the roll cage complies with the regulations set by event organisers or governing bodies, such as Motorsport UK.
