Description:

6 point bolt-in cage. Front cage with single roof diagonal or roof cross. Rear cage replaces original roll hoop. Rear cage has cross diagonal and harness bar. Existing seat belt arrangement can be retained. Front cage mounts to sills. Trim and body work modifications required. Not a DIY fit. Door bars are not required with this cage, but if desired, RB00A3 universal door bars can be added (please note it may be awkward to get in to the car with door bars fitted due to the sill height).

RBO066 3SSS Front cage with single roof diagonal. Please specify right hand drive or left hand drive when ordering.
RBO066 3SXS Front cage with roof cross. Not suitable for taller drivers – head clearance may be an issue.

RB00A3 45mm/38mm universal door bar (not required, optional, if desired)

What do I need to consider before installing a roll cage?

Selecting the right roll cage for your needs is crucial. Safety Devices roll cages are expertly designed to provide maximum occupant protection while minimizing intrusion into the cabin.
It’s important to consider the trade-off between the car’s functionality and the level of rollover protection offered. A roll cage should not interfere with the operation of existing safety systems, such as curtain airbags. These must be disengaged to prevent unintended deployment.
Remember, ‘show cages’ are not true roll cages. A ‘dash dodger’ with a reverse bend (‘S’ shape) in the front leg won’t offer adequate protection for the A-pillar.
For competition use, ensure the roll cage complies with the regulations set by event organisers or governing bodies, such as Motorsport UK.
