Description:

4 point bolt-in internal rear ‘half’ roll cage.
Please note that this roll cage will not fit with the larger rear bench seats that are fitted to Puma versions of the Defender (use roll cage L255). Available as a rear cage only. Does not currently fit with Puma bench seats.

We strongly recommend fitting the roll cage padding kit when installing this roll cage.

What do I need to consider before installing a roll cage?

Selecting the right roll cage for your needs is crucial. Safety Devices roll cages are expertly designed to provide maximum occupant protection while minimizing intrusion into the cabin.
It’s important to consider the trade-off between the car’s functionality and the level of rollover protection offered. A roll cage should not interfere with the operation of existing safety systems, such as curtain airbags. These must be disengaged to prevent unintended deployment.
Remember, ‘show cages’ are not true roll cages. A ‘dash dodger’ with a reverse bend (‘S’ shape) in the front leg won’t offer adequate protection for the A-pillar.
For competition use, ensure the roll cage complies with the regulations set by event organisers or governing bodies, such as Motorsport UK.
