The Initial Sample Inspection Report (ISIR) and First Article Inspection Report (FAIR) processes enable us to verify that manufactured products align with the requested specifications. These initial processes are supported by CMM (coordinate-measuring machine) inspection and laser scanning to aid us in confirming critical dimensions, tolerances and conformity.
Following on from the ISIR and FAIR processes, we can assist in the development of a Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), focusing on control plans, part inspections, tooling condition, material and process traceability throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring reliable delivery and optimal product performance.
Through our extensive experience in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), we can compensate for shrinkage and reduce distortion from welding to achieve consistent production components. Our tailored manufacturing fixtures, tooling and jigs are meticulously built, verified and maintained to achieve consistent quality throughout the production cycle.

Advice & After Sales
We are renowned for the quality of our products using only the finest, traceable materials, offering proven capability to fabricate roll over protection in line with various industry standards. To ensure that our products meet the highest standards for a wide range of project needs, Safety Devices are ISO9001 certified.
The majority of Safety Devices roll cages are manufactured from E355+N Cold Drawn Seamless Carbon Steel. On a number of our internationally homologated weld in roll cages, we also offer T45 as an alternative material. More exotic materials (Chromoly, 15CDV6, Titanium) can also be used in some applications providing regulations allow, however the material costs of these can be significantly higher than E355+N or T45.
A roll cage or ROPS (Roll Over Protection System) is an internal or external structure installed on a vehicle, designed to protect vehicle occupants by preserving survival space during a rollover incident.
