Our dedicated production facility provides exceptional in-house processing capabilities exclusively under one roof, allowing us to carefully manage every stage of the manufacturing process. We have the capability for CNC cutting and bending of tubes, CNC cutting and forming of plates, MIG, MAG, and TIG welding (including robot), as well as grit blasting and powder coating.
By integrating all these processes within our facility, alongside our excellent staff and knowledge retention, we demonstrate our ability to consistently deliver high-quality products tailored to meet our clients’ needs.
We provide our clients with the flexibility to manufacture tailored designs in both small and large volume batches. Whether it’s a handful of units or thousands, we are fully equipped to meet the diverse needs of any production run, with dedicated articulated trailers leaving our factory weekly.
With the flexibility and capacity to adapt to our customers’ evolving needs, and the ability to scale operations effectively, we can quickly expand our production capabilities to accommodate varying requirements. Our manufacturing facilities are equipped to run multiple shifts, ensuring that we meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. This responsiveness allows us to support both large-scale projects and urgent requests, making us a reliable partner for a range of manufacturing needs.
Our commitment to quality begins with sourcing materials directly from the mill, ensuring we use the finest European steel available. We maintain a fully traceable supply chain, accompanied by mill certification, allowing us to guarantee the integrity of every batch we use. With approximately 50,000 metres of tube in stock, we avoid erratic market behaviour to provide a verified and consistent supply of high-quality steel to meet the rigorous demands of our clients’ projects.
With expertise in a broad array of internationally recognised standards, and ISO9001 as the backbone of our quality management system, we confidently ensure compliance through implementation of multiple manufacturing and assembly standards including:
• Provisional and Qualified Welding Procedure Specification (PWPS, WPS)
• ISO9606 Welder Certification
• ISO13920 General Tolerances for Welded Constructions
• ISO12944 Protective Paint Systems
• ISO8130 Coating Powders
• ISO9227 Neutral Salt Spray (NSS) Testing

Advice & After Sales
We are renowned for the quality of our products using only the finest, traceable materials, offering proven capability to fabricate roll over protection in line with various industry standards. To ensure that our products meet the highest standards for a wide range of project needs, Safety Devices are ISO9001 certified.
The majority of Safety Devices roll cages are manufactured from E355+N Cold Drawn Seamless Carbon Steel. On a number of our internationally homologated weld in roll cages, we also offer T45 as an alternative material. More exotic materials (Chromoly, 15CDV6, Titanium) can also be used in some applications providing regulations allow, however the material costs of these can be significantly higher than E355+N or T45.
A roll cage or ROPS (Roll Over Protection System) is an internal or external structure installed on a vehicle, designed to protect vehicle occupants by preserving survival space during a rollover incident.
Yes, well sell directly to companies and other organisations within the Automotive, Fleet, Construction and Military sectors.
We can provide ROPS for most military light vehicles, as well as some larger platforms.
